Dynamic Pilates
This 50–60 minute class blends traditional Pilates with Human Reformer Pilates for a full-body, low-impact workout. You’ll strengthen your core, improve posture, balance, and flexibility, and engage muscles with precise, controlled movements. Using resistance bands, Human Reformer exercises bring the benefits of a reformer to the mat. Suitable for all fitness levels!

Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt combines power yoga with strength training for a full-body workout. Using traditional yoga poses, principles, and hand weights, this high-intensity class leaves you feeling stronger, energized, and uplifted.

Pedal Pulse
This 60-minute class combines two of our most popular workouts into one powerhouse session! Start with a 30-minute high-intensity interval cycling ride, followed by 30 minutes of low-impact, high-intensity barre. Enjoy the perfect mix of cardio and strength, then finish with a cool down and chilled towel. All fitness levels welcome!

Total Body Power50
This 50 minute class is for those that love the second half of our Pedal Power50 class and HITT classes. Strength training (also known as resistance exercise) increases muscle strength by making muscles work against a weight or force. Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness for everyone.

S52 Trifecta
Ready for a 90-minute challenge? If you love Pedal Pulse, you’ll love the Trifecta! This class combines 30 minutes of high-intensity cycling, 30 minutes of barre, and 30 minutes of Yoga Sculpt, finishing with a stretch, savasana, and a chilled lavender towel. The ultimate way to power through and end strong!
